Therapy in English, here in Berlin

Moving to a new city or country can be exciting, but it can also bring challenges. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can speak openly, make sense of what’s going on, and reconnect with what matters to you.

I work with both expats and natives who are seeking English-speaking therapy in Berlin.

My office is in Mitte, easily accessible by public transport. The nearest U-Bahn station is Oranienburger Tor.

My approach

My approach is person-centred and experiential. I believe that change happens in relationship. When you feel heard, accepted and understood, it becomes possible to explore difficult experiences, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create meaningful change.

I do not offer a quick fix or tell you what to do. Instead, I will follow your lead as we explore experiences and emotions that lie underneath the surface. Here, you will discover your personal power and freedom.

Take the first step

You don’t have to figure it out alone
